The plot is a bit slow at first, but speeds up toward the end. Disliked -Laura–that girl is such a doormat. Grace broadcasts romantic adventures to large audiences in the Rainbow Opera; Tziga takes healing dreams to hospitals, and contracts to the government.
How awesome is that?
One thing Dreamhunter is about is that intoxicated sense of being transported or even transfigured by a story. The world of DreamHunter really feels like an alternate Earth, so everything feels very real.
At the end of the series they get married.
I loved the originality of this story and the ominous, otherworldly atmosphere. Because of this she becomes lonely and the only person she can truly trust is her “servant” Nown. dreamhhunter

As a fellow fantasy fanatic she also thought I would admire the writing. It took me a few chapters to get into the world and characters but once I did I found myself completely swept away by Laura and her eccentric family, the mysterious convicts and their desperate se I picked this up because its sequel won a Printz honor and a friend said I really needed to read the first book to understand the second which brings up all kinds of Printz eligibility issues I won’t get into here – but feel free to invite me out for a drink if you feel like getting all philosophical.

Sandy makes his way back and is welcomed into the family, who are overjoyed. When catching a dream together in “The Place” Laura realizes her love for him and they sleep together.
