The Sages of Naimishiranya Brilliant as the Sun: We are all connected An excellent, very clear, insightful and inspiring presentation of the core teachings of a global spiritual classic. Indeed it is a guide to discover our true Self. Howevever, this particular way of commentary on Upanishads felt derogatory to me.
He explains key Sanskrit terms like karma and prana, illustrating them through everyday anecdotes and entertaining analogies while placing Indian spirituality into the broader context of world mysticism. I can listen to meditating I can listen to sleeping I can listen to walking meditation I can listen to awake beautiful.
But the insights of the Katha are scattered, hard to understand. This is my first book written by Easwaran.
